RETURN POLICY

Eligible for Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Your item must be in the same condition it was received in, unused, with tags not removed, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. To return an item, please email [serve@oximeterbuy.com]. If your return request is accepted, we will send you a free return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send the package. Returns will not be accepted without prior request.

Damages and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the merchandise is defective, damaged, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can assess and correct the problem.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of merchandise cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), customized products (e.g., special order or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). Checking Your Order

Communicate
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you need is to return the item you have and purchase a new item separately once your return has been accepted.

Returns
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if the refund has been approved.
